I return, with another entry.
Yesterday, I was sitting my sister who was supposed to be doing a quiz herself and writing a 500 word write-up on the Harley Owners Group. But, I ended up doing her quiz and also writing the 500 word write up on Harley Owners Group. Now, the write up is quite justified as I just love automobiles.
Her Quiz though, was fairly easy though my sister didnt know anything and I answered 9 out of 10 questions through the visual clues provided there. It was fun doing it.
And thus I have arrived at the conclusion that I should be doing MBA along with my sister, to say the least.
Anyways I have a chemistry test tomorrow, 1 and a half chapters are coming and I studied for 4 hours, thats all the time I had by the way.

This is good news for the thousands of IIT aspirants throughout India.

Ok, moving right along..

Today, our school bagged the Overall Runners Up position in E-Spice at DPS NOIDA. We had a total of 198 points and lost it to DPS Vasant Kunj by just 5 points.. gahahhhhhh..
I was first with Abhisheyk in Quiz it Down n Across... woooohooo.. me got a pair of headphones and a nice cool trophy. Ill put up a pic of it later.

But the highlight of the event for DPS R.K.Puram was our Movie Making entry. You see, we didnt register for that event because in short we didnt have an entry. But, since we didnt have an entry, it meant that we couldnt be in the race for the overall trophy. So, at first we thought well give a blank cd and say we submitted the wrong cd. But then, Dhruv and I, went to my place, which is by the way walking distance from DPS NOIDA, and put up something together in 10 mins flat. Burnt it on a cd and submitted. Obviously, we didnt win, we didnt expect to. But it was fun.

But the Downside was that I didnt get any other position. Our web designing didnt go too well. So now, I'm in Web-Design thinking drive.

This was my first trophy of the year, because of my dratted FIITJEE classes on weekends which I cannot miss.

There are 2 things I have to say for now:
1. Microsoft is pretty stupid- I dont know whats wrong with the people at Microsoft but they assume that lunch is the only meal there is in 24 hours. This is shown by the absence of Out to Breakfast or Out to Dinner status messages in MSN messenger. What does a person, who just went for dinner, put as his status message.

Hello friends..
My life, I declare, isnt going anywhere. As a matter of fact, I dont even have a life.
I just want everyone to know that since I dont have a life anymore Id might as well stop blogging about not having a life.

I read in the paper today, in TOI(see, it beats HT again), something about people living dual lives and stuff and about having a different life online. It felt as if I was reading about myself. It is so true that the internet gives you a different life, the kind of life that you like, the kind you want. But then again, its not there forever and you do have to snap back to reality.

Anyways, since I am writing, Id wanna tell you guys why I love france. The food is great, the life is great. Then, the people. To say they are great is an understatement, but I cant seem to find the word so well we would have to settle with great for now. The people there, the ones I was around, they did not know me at all, yet they were nice to me(unlike the people here). They dont get anything out of it.
Another reason. After a hell lot of a long time, I was carefree, I had nothing to care about. I have a feeling that was the last I would ever see of carefreeness. And thus I am in love with france. Not obsessed, just in love.

And since I am writing. Theres this thing that comes up when I talk abt carefreeness. My Ultimate Definition of Carefreeness is falling from an airplane 30000 ft up without any parachutes and just having a free fall when you know you're gonna die and you were gonna die the next day anyway. And yes, With Arms Wide Open.

And since I am not stopping to write, one last thing. For those of you who think that they have got to know me better through my blog, then heres some more stuff for you people. The reason why I dont let people get near me is that I am hollow from inside.

My life i was saying, is boring because I have nothing in it. I do nothing but school home * 5 and then fiitjee home * 2, and that eats up my week and things are over.

Surprise Surprise.. 2 posts for my lovely readers.. a gift from me to you for not posting for so long

I am now going to grab this opportunity by the neck by telling you about my FIITJEE teachers:

1) Physics- Name: Arinbam Biswas. Codename: PABB.
Qualifications: Graduate from IIT Kharagpur and then went on to do his masters in Astrophysics from Boston University. This one's a really smart dude, as in really smart, but sadly he isnt always able to express what he is trying to say. He is also very good at remembering names and has already memorised the names of most of the kids in our class. His Hindi is quite bad though. He takes up lot of time in doing some questions though. I like the Physics class best for now

2) Chemistry- Name: Inder S. Kumar, Codename: C-IK.
Qualifications: I dont know, he did not tell us.
He's smart, no doubt but hes also a lot experienced in the teaching profession and hence acts like teachers. He throws chalks if he finds anyone talking. His English is quite bad though. Some of his Phrases
"Can Came".. for can come... "Had Having".. for has.. "ij".. is
Also, either he uses "Ijnt it" or "Getting" at the end of all sentences. His facial expressions are a bit weird

3) Maths - Name: Vineet Gupta.. Codename: MVG
Qualification: Dont know
Hes been transferred from Hyderabad. He sweats too much. In his first class, his shirt was totally drenched in an A/C classroom. Thats all I have to say about him

I are back. I finally realised that it has indeed been a long time since the last time I blogged and decided to do what I am doing right now.

Nothing much has been happening in my life these days.

FIITJEE classes are quite exciting actually. I like cracking my brain but sometimes it feels like running a Mac OS X on an intel machine with 256 MB RAM.

Friday was Rakhi and my cousin sisters who previously were in Chandigarh came over. They have moved to Delhi now as they are now married. One of them has a baby daughter. I think it was the first time they tied me a rakhi in person

Interesting Observation: Blue Kajal does not look good. That was for rhea by the way.

Another One: French songs are good.

I am writing a book which I plan to title "The 4th Minute". Over here I wanted you guys to make the observation that I was kidding.

The above little paragraph goes to show how sad my life is.

Why the UN sucks

I shall now tell you why the UN sucks.

You see, the UN is an organisation of 191 member nations and was founded in the year 1945. But, having said that, the UN is majorly controlled by that Bush of a country USA and that Liar of a country UK.

And because of that, little nations like Vanuatu get left out. No matter what these little countries have in mind, the UN does whatever USA or UK says. For example, the unnecessary war on Iraq. The actual terrorist lies in that bush of a character BUSH. Hes just the worlds biggest terrorist with that monkey face of his.

What USA fails to realise is that there are actually smarter countries in the world, like Vanuatu, with zero reported cases of HIV/AIDS.

My point here is that
a) UN isnt a world organisation anymore

b) USA is a useless country

c) Bush should be hanged

Hello People.. i are back
This just in. A new country has been discovered, which has been long isolated from the rest of the world, but not anymore. It is the KINGDOM OF SCHITT.
It was discovered by Mr. Gursartaj Singh Nijjar, the newly great explorer, while he was sitting in class and had nothing to do. He set sail in Maths Class when he was able to solve all questions coming his way and had lotsa time on his hand. He accomplished this task with his SideKick aka Lord Sid.

Anyways on to the Country Profile
Geography
Location- This Country lies just off the east coast of Africa on an utterly small island which isnt even visible and thats why it was previously undiscovered.

Geographic Coordinates- I dont know

Area- 1 sq. km

Climate- Humid

Elevation Extremes - lowest point - pit of schitt - -86 m
highest point- Mt. Schitt - 100m

Natural resources - silica, gold, Aluminium and LOADSA shit

People

Population - about 20 people, but they have lots of Animals around which account for the heavy amounts of shit present in this country. Another reason for loadsa shit is the fact that they dont have any waste management system.

Nationality - Schittians

Religion - Schittism

The Country was established by Mr. Awe Schitt, the fertiliser magnate who came in search of a place to set up his factory. He along with his wife, Oh Schitt, the owner of knee deep in shit inc.

The Schitts decided to stay as they could not return to their homeland, which nobody knows of now. They gave birth to a son, Jack Schitt, the current ruler of this Kingdom. Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt, who was stranded on this island. They gave birth to six kids

Currency - the currency of this small country is mainly schitties but it varies between species. eg. Humans use human schitties, elephants use elephant schitties and so on.

Elephants are the richest of all species for obvious reasons.

I feel French

Hello friends
The title says it all though it really doesnt need to be there because I have been feeling french for the past 2 months now.
This morning I got up at 429, even before the alarm went off ( I normally get up at 430). But then I went back to sleep and got up 540. My bus comes at 545
What did I dream about during that 1 hour and 10 minutes you may not ask, but I'm still gonna tell you. I was dreaming that I was back in france, I was reliving everything by the seconds... and then I had to effing get up coz I was ultra late.
I dreamt about all the crazy stuff we did.. everything
Aww man... I cant stop thinking about it. I spoke to Nancy about an hour ago and I called up Lola but as usual she did not pick up her phone.
I have also acquired the VCDs of Madam Squirrel which makes me even more wanna-go-back-to-france.

Did I tell you that 2 months ago ( 22nd May), was the day we left Angouleme and went to Paris. I wasnt all that affected by that separation but now I cant stop thinking about everything.

You see, it was exactly 2 months ago this very time that I was sitting at the airport with the rest of the YPO.
And then 9 hours later, we landed at Charles de Gaulle airport.
I still can't seem to get over it, especially coz Lola finally replied to my mail and I called Nancy a week ago.
I tell you Nancy is the funnest french female you'll ever meet.
I am still neck deep into France
Will post again when I try to get over it.
Oh by the way, Class 11 has started for me. What fun?!

All that Blaming

I read the newspaper yesterday, like I do everyday.
On the first page of the City supplement of a very useless newspaper was some very disturbing news. Oh by the way, before I move on, this very useless newspaper is Hindustan Times. Now this very useless was talking some bullcrap, like it always does. This time it was about us kids.

It was saying something we kids asking for too much things, and all that stuff. Now I particularly dont disagree with that, but I particularly disagree with the newspaper because I just dont like HT.

Now, the thing is, I agree that we, as kids, ask for too many things that we dont deserve. Parents, have all the rights to not provide them. Yes I know we should learn to earn things.

But, let us analyse the reason why parents meet to the demands. You see, in today's world, in most families both the parents are working. That leaves them with very little time to catch up with the kids. So to catch up with them, parents are spending large amounts of their hard-earned money to meet their demands and keep their kids happy in one way or the other. But the thing is, No amount of money can make up for the quality time a little kid would spend with his dad/ mom. No amount of money can make up for the family vacations they have together. Why? Because cant buy no love.

And I, I am pretty content with the fact that money cant buy no love. At least something defeats that dratted thing. I like money, no doubt about it but what I like more is the time I spend with my family. As some of you might know, I dont go to movies with my friends or parties. I'd rather spend that time to go some place with my family. Specially cause my dad is out for most of the week working hard(see?) but we still spend time together.

I like expensive gifts too, but I'd rather like a gift coming from the heart. I dont care if someone doesnt buy me a very expensive toy(boys' toys!!!!). I would like it more if the person knows what I like most, and buy me something like that. For example, Simon's family pretty much got to know by the end of the first day that I liked cars. At the end of my trip, they got me this little vintage car which has a nice little clock under the hood. I loved it. I dont know how much it cost and seriously, I dont care.(A hint of france everywhere)

I just carried away there.

Coming to the second thing. You cant blame the kids all that much because kids are going through an age where they are most impressionable. Whatever they see they believe. So if they see something that they like, they are obviously gonna want it... Who doesnt?... Thats not just the kids, by the way. The catch here is that the companies these days are making things just from the kids point of view. You tell me, how many big executive dudes would wanna buy Nokia N-gage Gaming phones?. So here comes in the question of Corporate Responsibility and I sincerely feel that the companies are failing miserably at that. In India at least.

Almost every month, Nokia brings out 2-3 new phones with features just a bit different from each other and people are buying them. Kids want them too.

A survey showed that 54% of mid size cars bought are based on decisions by kids of the family. So that shows why people are buying useless cars. Those silly kids influencing these decisions dont know a kidney about cars but they just want the most expensive car in the segment and then those silly kids boast.

So the thing is, I want Companies to take Responsibility and I dont want useless newspapers Blaming us for no good reason

I just finished watching Amelie. AH, what a film, truly great. Well, actually* i really havent ever seen the whole movie. Such is the misfortune that I never get to see the complete movie. The last time I was watching it, the electricity went. Today, I started from somewhere in the middle but saw it till the end.

First of all, I love the story. I havent really been able to gather the whole story for reasons mentioned above but whatever I have managed to gather is a great story. The way she keeps going out of the way to help other people. Bringing joy into other people's lives, Truly Amazing. Sort of like a guardian angel.

I also learnt that sometimes your whole life can fit into a small little rusty box, like that of Bretodeau.

Then there is the music by Monsieur Yann TIERSEN**. I just love the music playing the background. The official french accordion. Try Downloading La Valse D'Amelie.

I just love the movie. For reasons I dont know why.
