SCHOOL SUCKS!!!
School life is really bad..
This week has been specially very bad. I havent bunked(ahem.. legally) any period, which is obviously a big achievement.
Every teacher seems to be in a hurry to finish the course. Well, our chemistry teacher for one, went for a good all expense paid vacation to Russia. We never told her to.
Today she took 3 periods. Do you have any idea what studying Chemistry for three periods means?.. In akshay's words "Dimaag ka dahi ban jaata hai".
Also, Today. The day was breakless. One teacher hasnt even left that the other teacher is standing right outside and then the teachers also din leave unless the other teacher came in. So it was sort of a vicious circle.
And then there is maths. The most boring of all. She comes, keeps writing and talking in that monotonous tone of hers and leaves. God, its really hard to stay awake in her class.
Also, shes taking our Library period tomorrow, although with her speed we could finish the whole class 11 syllabus with the time we have left.
anyways
nothing more to say

Harley Owners Group- Case Study
Harley Davidson
Harley Davidson, one word, Legendary. A pride of thoroughbred horses running on two wheels. The rider, the one in control, the god. Such is the experience offered by the Harley Davidson Automobile. That’s why, on one hand we have the motorcycles and then we have the Harleys.
Neighbour’s Envy, Owner’s pride. The Harley owner just doesn’t own another motorcycle; he owns the most distinct breed of two wheeled horses. The Harley gives one a feeling of superiority. No wonder we have the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.).
The average Harley Davidson owner is mature and knows his machine and respects it as an individual. His average being around 45 years. I use his and not her because 91% of Harley owners are males. It’s the sense of pride that brings them all together.
Initally, the HOG was present mainly in mainland
From Motorcycles to Leather Jackets to Helmets to Gloves to Wallets to Belts et al. You name it they had it. The Enthusiasts spared no useful accessory. And it wasn’t only the owner, the craze was present throughout his family, specially the kids who wanted to dress like little baddies.
With the HOG having a global foothold, it was divided into various chapters for better management. Each chapter, thus, had its own meetings and events but in the true sense, they were one. They organized cross country rallies, races, etc. And that’s not all. Various HOG chapters also organized Charity Auctions, Fund Raising events to help the less fortunate people. Thus showing to the world that they are here to give back what the Harley has given to them. Therefore, proving that they are not a bunch of bad boys as they are thought to be.
The Asian Market was a tough one. Making a mark in the struggling developing nations was a tough task but then does the Harley care? And well you guessed it, they had the Asian market under them too.
Since no road is a rough one for the Harley, it will continue to cruise smoothly anywhere it goes. One never knows, a bunch of crazy HOG members might even ride to the moon (with a little extra help though!) The cult will continue to grow and so will the HOG.
In the words of Robert Frost,”.. I have miles to go before I sleep..” and in my words “.. I have a tankful of fuel to burn..”
I dont care if its not good. I dont even care if you dont like it.

I should be doing MBA
I return, with another entry.
Yesterday, I was sitting my sister who was supposed to be doing a quiz herself and writing a 500 word write-up on the Harley Owners Group. But, I ended up doing her quiz and also writing the 500 word write up on Harley Owners Group. Now, the write up is quite justified as I just love automobiles.
Her Quiz though, was fairly easy though my sister didnt know anything and I answered 9 out of 10 questions through the visual clues provided there. It was fun doing it.
And thus I have arrived at the conclusion that I should be doing MBA along with my sister, to say the least.
Anyways I have a chemistry test tomorrow, 1 and a half chapters are coming and I studied for 4 hours, thats all the time I had by the way.

Arre Wah - Part II
NEWS FLASH - IIT FORMAT HAS CHANGED
which in simpler words means
WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
This is good news for the thousands of IIT aspirants throughout India.
Ok, moving right along..
Today, our school bagged the Overall Runners Up position in E-Spice at DPS NOIDA. We had a total of 198 points and lost it to DPS Vasant Kunj by just 5 points.. gahahhhhhh..
I was first with Abhisheyk in Quiz it Down n Across... woooohooo.. me got a pair of headphones and a nice cool trophy. Ill put up a pic of it later.
But the highlight of the event for DPS R.K.Puram was our Movie Making entry. You see, we didnt register for that event because in short we didnt have an entry. But, since we didnt have an entry, it meant that we couldnt be in the race for the overall trophy. So, at first we thought well give a blank cd and say we submitted the wrong cd. But then, Dhruv and I, went to my place, which is by the way walking distance from DPS NOIDA, and put up something together in 10 mins flat. Burnt it on a cd and submitted. Obviously, we didnt win, we didnt expect to. But it was fun.
heres the link to the video
right click on it and then click on save target/link as
video
But the Downside was that I didnt get any other position. Our web designing didnt go too well. So now, I'm in Web-Design thinking drive.
This was my first trophy of the year, because of my dratted FIITJEE classes on weekends which I cannot miss.
Did I tell you the IIT JEE format has changed?
As you have obviously not noticed, I have added a few more links for you to get reading pleasure out of.
We're supposed to go for a movie tomorrow, or so I believe.
Did I tell you that I have a really nice music collection?.. I should ask Vibhas to take it from me and be DJ for the Carnival and save the school a whole lot of money
Have you noticed the weather?. I'm saying this after a long time but I am actually enjoying the rains primarily because Im not getting wet.
You guys should listen to Cant Help Falling in Love by U2 and Freshman by Verve Pipe

The test wasnt very good.. missed out a 3 mark question. Not exactly missed out, did not know how to do it.
Nothing else has been happening in my life
Abhisheyk Gaur and I, came first in Quiz-Crossword at DPS NOIDA.

2 things i have to say
1. Microsoft is pretty stupid- I dont know whats wrong with the people at Microsoft but they assume that lunch is the only meal there is in 24 hours. This is shown by the absence of Out to Breakfast or Out to Dinner status messages in MSN messenger. What does a person, who just went for dinner, put as his status message.
2. Women who look like witches should not advertise beauty products eg. Shahnaz Hussain
